Jayhawk Manufacturing Company, Inc. was established and
incorporated in 1939 and has been operating since that time. It
began with the Jayhawk Mustard Mill. The Jayhawk Mill revolutionized
mustard production. Using the same high standards of production with
many technical advancements throughout the years makes the Jayhawk
Mill the ultimate in wet process stone grinding.

MILLING UNITS
Jayhawk Mills are available in 15 HP using 7.5" diameter
stones, 25 HP using 10" diameter stones and 40 HP using 12"
diameter stones.

MILLING STONES
Proprietary designed, precision balanced, diamond cut stones
are available from Jayhawk Mills. These stones are
interchangeable in both grit and hardness. Stone Selection is
based on the product to be milled.
