Established and Incorporated in 1939, Jayhawk Manufacturing Company, Inc. has been operating since that time. It began with the Jayhawk Mustard Mill. The Jayhawk Mustard Mill revolutionized mustard production.

Mustard production was the reason for the development of the Jayhawk Mill, over time many other products such as hot sauce, have been produced using the Jayhawk Mill. Hot sauce is now the fastest growing product area using Jayhawk Mills.

PROCESS
The Jayhawk Mill is a wet process, stone grinding size reduction mill. There is no other process that will produce the smoothness and size reduction that can be achieved from the stone grinding process.

ADVANCEMENTS
The basic principles of the Jayhawk Mill have not changed since 1939. However, many technical advancements throughout the years have maintained the Jayhawk Mill as the ultimate in wet process stone grinding.
